Came across this oldie today whilst listening to my oldies collection. Once again enthralled by Lin Zhi Xuan's voice. The way he changes from real voice to falsettos is genius! I guess only JJ and Gary can rival his talent. How i wish i can sing like him....~ Below is my take on this wonderful song. :) Brings back the memories of my army days~

Reminder to Myself
1) You want to share your life, to educate, to care and to experience, but she's not ready.
2) It takes two hands to clap. No matter how hard u try, you can't make noise with one hand. You will only look vulnerable.
3) Don't you realise you have been repeating the same process and same mistakes over and over again. Don't be dumb and only look things in one way anymore.
4) No matter what you do, how much care and concern you give, sacrifices is futile when the other party is not interested or they can't feel it. In fact, the more you wanna show what type of person you are, the more she would not believe that's the case.
5) Get a job.
6) Girls are everywhere.
7) Learn your guitar first.
8) The timing is right for you, but not for her. Even though she is the perfect one, you will still just be a bystander.
9) Have the courage to walk away, at least the best of you is being remembered.
10) There is more to life.
11) Someday someone will appreciate the good in you. Have faith :)

Came across this short film whilst browsing through a forum today. Its available in youtube. The wisdom of morrie is so enriching and heartwarming. End of An Era
i am done!! finally finished my exams..i have a secret hope that i can achieve my second upper..or second lower if i fluttered. Really put in lots of effort this year into my studies as compared to the previous years..somehow i really regretted not studying hard enough the past two years...Its always the case isn't it? haha. Done up my resume and going to send it out...don't really know what job i will land. But i hope theres a path for me to take..sigh. Guan yin pu sa have always been kind to me, received a cheque from NTUC and got a temp job today just when i am fretting about no money :)) Hope i will be blessed in my job hunt as well.

叶问
Took a break from study to go watch this superb movie. The show banks on the extremely cool fighting scenes and sense of nationality of the Chinese. The fighting scenes are so intense that i kept finding myself moving with him uncontrollably. Best fighting movie of the decade! Came home to 3am to find this note on my table. :) A small action but i feel so loved. The water is to be placed in the room so that the aircon will not dry my skin and the cloth is supposed to be good for me, i dunno what's the purpose of it cos when she's explaining i wasn't listening but i am using it definitely :))
