A Series of Unfortunate Events

What an unlucky day this is..first of all, i woke up to realise that the King of Pop - Michael Jackson have passed away due to suspected cardiac arrest :( I have always loved his music and his godlike dance moves. He was a big part of my childhood, he was the THING then. Whenever somebody is listening to english songs, it would be Michael Jackson. I remember almost all of my primary school classmates have his album in cassette tape and LDs. That was how popular he was. He is also the most charitable artist ever, by giving support to 39 charities, more than any other entertainer or personality. He became too rich and famous for his own good and got embroiled into paedophile scandals which i believe he just trusted the wrong person and got blackmailed. Rest in peace Michael, you will always be my king of Pop, Rock and Soul. Watch this video of his..you can see the faces of his fans - crying and shouting like a mad person like he is god.



I then received the news that i am being ps-ed for the JB trip tmr..zzz wasted my time and opportunity cost that could be used for working.. The day is worsen when i saw the pictures of the new Man Utd jersey for next season. OMG its damn ugly!! What the hell is Nike thinking?! Luckily its only for one season before we change our sponsor to Aon. I wanna see Benzema is this jersey next season pls.

Whilst packing for my in camp training next week, i realised that i have lost my ID tag as well. zzz To top it all, my Omnia's invisible shield is gone after repair. zzz now it is super prone to scratches and all :( More good days ahead..

Watched transformers 2 at Vivo today with Peiwen :)) Free tickets courtesy of her company Rajah & Tann LLP! I bumped into my secondary school friend Mei Shuang outside the theatre. She looked damn professional now and working at the biggest law firm now..makes me wonder what the hell am i doing still studying...hahas anyways the show is awesome! i was so looking forward to the visual fest. The transformation of the robots are so cool and it was non stop action from start to ending. Not to mention the hot babe in the show Megan Fox! I'll give it 4 out of 5 stars, please do yourself a favour and go watch it! :P

I must be out of my mind agreeing to go jogging with viv this afternoon at 12pm. Now i feel my body aching all over. hahas guess i need more exercise..ICT's coming on monday, and i am quite looking forward to it. I miss outfield and the mortar platoon. Quite sad that i cannot join them :( Now i am stuck in HQ company with no idea what position am i taking or what shit is gonna happen to me..:( Hope it turns out well~

Laserrr Clayyy

Did Laser Clay with the kids from the kids adventure camp today - in the rain..boo. They are very guai surprisingly and i am glad they had fun. Stella has free tickets to the Night Safari. YAY time to go there for a visit after hmmmm 7-8 years? :D

Went to Johor with xsm, korn and zhencong today~ Everything went as planned with a slight hiccup along the way lols. First stop was City Square! Bought myself a nice Porter sling bag at 63RM. Was thinking of putting it to good use when i go for deals. I casted my eye on another backpack which i am going to buy when i come back on Saturday. We then proceeded to Taman Sri Tebrau for lunch at Soong Huat Bak Kut Teh. The bak kut teh have a herbal taste which is quite special but the meat is not tender n soft enough. The Geylang bak kut teh is still better! Initially i thought we can walk to Jusco at Tebrau City by looking at googlemaps but ended up i was wrong and we had to take a cab. Jusco is big and spacious but..nothing much to shop. lols we ended up watching at movie over there. The last house on the left. A typical B grade slasher movie. Not my cup of tea lols. The theatre was super freeezinggg. After moviee was dinner time, we took cab again to Taman Sri Tebrau for seafood. The prices are only slightly cheaper then Singapore. We never ordered much cos we don't have enough Ringgit. Last stop was back at City Square. We had Baskin Robbins for dessert :)) Used to be my favourite ice cream! I'll be back this saturday!

I have been taken for granted. zzz gotta love myself more.

Life's Too Short To Be Afraid

The girl in the picture is Katie Kirkpatrick, she is 21 . Next to her, her fiancé, Nick, 23. The picture was taken shortly before their wedding ceremony, held on January 11, 2005 in the US. Katie has terminal cancer and spend hours a day receiving medication. In the picture, Nick is waiting for her on one of the many sessions of chemo to end.

In spite of all the pain, organ failures, and morphine shots, Katie is going along with her wedding and took care of every detail. The dress had to be adjusted a few times due to her constant weight loss.

An unusual accessory at the party was the oxygen tube that Katie used throughout the ceremony and reception as well. The other couple in the picture are Nick's parents. Excited to see their son marrying his high school sweetheart.

At the reception, Katie had to take a few rests. The pain did not allow her to stand for long periods.

Katie died five days after her wedding day. Watching a woman so ill and weak getting married and with a smile on her face makes us think.....Happiness is reachable, no matter how long it lasts. We should stop making our lives complicated.

But as long as we are here, we should smile and be grateful. :))

On Board The Adstrago

Woohoo!!! I love the yacht. Love the sun, the company, the sea, the wine and the breeze! I had deal in the morning at Katong Park before i head down to Keppel Bay Marina for the yacht training. The sun was good and i got slightly burnt. Joshua started by introducing us to the different parts of the yacht and also the stuff we need to do when we are working on a yacht deal. From then on, its relax and play till night! lols. Josh brought us to the Sentosa Cove marina at the first stop to look at the bigger boats (e atas boats). We then proceeded to Lazarus Island. The place where yacht owners love to go to because of the cleaner water and the deserted beach landing. We anchored there and relaxed there for the rest of the day. It was really an eye opener for me lols. At the end of the day, we moved on to St John's Island to try to watch the sunset..but unfortunately..there were too much clouds in the sky and we couldn't get a view of the sun :( I think i was damn high when the boat was moving and i attempted Jack Dawson's "I AM THE KING OF THE WORLD" at the bow hahs. At the end of the day was the most tiring part..the cleaning. We have to zip up the canvas covering the upper deck(with some difficulty) and clean the boat. Being white in colour, the ship is really prone to dirt. Lucily we have many people around and we are able to finish fast. I totally love the yacht! Hope i will get one of the yacht deals soon :) I went to tend mummy's shop today. I didn't mind going to help her even if its free labour hahs cos i like the shop. The concept of Going Organic is still not very popular with the public. Common misconception are its expensive, its vegetable stuff or its not tasty. But if you look at it properly you will realise its not that costly at all. It may be slightly more expensive but its really good for your health. The food and daily necessities we use outside nowadays are filled with harmful stuffs detrimental to our personel well-being. We may not be able to see it and when we eventually do, it may be too late. Especially when you have kids, or your parents to take care of. I must take care of my health so i can be there for my kids and my parents in future :)) so Organic is the way to go! haha i was bored and took some photos in the shop today~





Oh ya! i have this irritaing oil pus at my eye! anybody know how to remove it ? cos it looks like eyeshit zzz

Zovbbbbb

Haven done Zovb in a while! One word. SHAG! I always preferred zovb to combat because i can take the chance to tan abit, exercise abit and more interaction with the kids lols. Most importantly! The pay is higher and it is usually a five hour workslot muahaha. The weather was great and the kids are really fun loving. But due to my lack of exercise..my muscles are aching already...zzz. Nonetheless, I'm looking forward to tmr! Its finally yacht day. Look forward to seeing the sea, the sun and the luxurious yacht. :)) Please don't rainnn!!!

Hyy-attt!!!!

Past two days been eventful. Played badminton in the morning with korn, wendy, ken and denise. I have really lost touch in badminton, but it was pretty fun. Hope it is going to be a weekly thingy till i find a job lols. After badminton we proceeded to mahjong at my place. Holy came down all the way from jurong to play and i was telling him i want him to come all the way from jurong and go home losing till his underwear lols and it really happened wahahaha. We then proceeded to have a sumptuous dinner at Bedok interchange with my favourite herbal chicken! :))

I cut my hair today, at a very interesting shop cos of the name. HEI DIAN (黑店). It even have a slogan "Robbers of your bad hair day" written very big on the signboard lols. I like it that the hair dresser will cut your hair layer by layer instead of cutting by estimation. Seems like this will be my haircut place from now, Hair Graphics is becoming too expensive for me..:(


I wanted to buy new clothes from River Island at Vivo as i have a deal at Sentosa. Then i decided to wear slippers so i can try the clothes easily. But when i reached Harborfront..i realised i forgotten to bring my shoes for the deal. zzz So in the end...i bought a new pair of shoes for myself at Converse...I felt the pinch but now i am really glad i bought it cos i like it alot. It grew on me. :)


Today we have a corporate deal with the top management of Grand Hyatt Hotel. Upper class de wor. Bruce Lee's favourite hotel (Hy-atttttt!!!!) LOL. Spent a few hours by the beach and saw at least 4 couples taking their wedding photos. I guess its true when you say a girl is the most beautiful when she wears her wedding gown. All the brides looked nicee and radiant. wedddding~

Met up with xsm and shina after the deal to watch Land of the Lost. Its a totally crap show but me and tony was really entertained by it. lols keep laughing non stop by the stupid-ness of the movie. XSM hated the show..i guess its because of my super low sense of humour thats why i enjoyed the show. While waiting for the show to start i bought a new shirt from River Island. Finally used the $80 voucher my bro gave to me for my birthday :)) Thanks bro!

Finally my day ended with me meeting up with melissa for mahjong again.. haha we played 1 round in four hours...zzzz SHAG time to sleeeeeeeeeeeep~

IT Show Stint

whew! Finally finished my four day work at the IT show at Suntec. So tiring..having to stand the whole four days. Work was the same, promoting Western Digital and Samsung harddisks. This job is to kickstart my GSS spending. lols time to buy some new clothes finally~


Initially i wanted to recontract my Maxonline and get the Lenovo Netbook.. but the queue is damn DISGUSTING! by 11am(Show starts at 12pm) there is already a snake-like queue outside the hall!!! :( So i never get my free netbook in the end...

Heard there was a unfortunate accident at my estate yesterday.. a small boy fell to his death by accident..sigh.. Heard his parents held his body and cried very loudly. Third death that i know of after staying here for eight years. May he rest in peace.
